How We Keep You Safe
ID Verification
Users can get verified through Stripe Identity, a bank-level verification system that confirms identity using government-issued IDs and selfie matching. Verified users display a blue checkmark badge.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor trusted by millions. Your financial information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Payment protection ensures helpers get paid and requesters only pay for completed work.
Review System
After each favor, both parties can leave reviews and ratings. This creates transparency and accountability. Users with consistently poor ratings may be removed from the platform.
Active Monitoring
Our team and automated systems monitor the platform 24/7 for suspicious activity, prohibited content, and policy violations. We take swift action against bad actors.
Easy Reporting
Report concerning behavior directly in the app with one tap, or email safety@fayvr.app. Our safety team investigates all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.

Red Flags
- ⚠ Requests to move communication off-platform
- ⚠ Requests for payment outside the app
- ⚠ Pressure to act quickly without thinking
- ⚠ Vague or constantly changing task descriptions
- ⚠ Anything that seems illegal or unethical
After the Favor
- ✓ Leave an honest review
- ✓ Report any issues to support immediately
- ✓ Only complete payment through the app
- ✓ Keep all communication records
- ✓ Contact us with safety concerns
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- • Drug-related activities
- • Weapons or firearms transactions
- • Sexual services or escort services
- • Gambling or illegal betting
- • Theft, fraud, or stolen goods
- • Money laundering
- • Harassment, threats, or violence
- • Activities involving minors in unsafe situations
- • Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
