How do I sign up for Fayvr?
Join our waitlist at fayvr.app/early-access. When we launch in your area (Spring 2026), you'll receive an invitation to download the app and create your account.
Is Fayvr available in my city?
We're launching city by city starting Spring 2026. Join the waitlist to be notified when Fayvr launches in your area.
How much does Fayvr cost?
Fayvr is free to use! We charge a 10% platform fee on completed transactions. Optional verified status is $4.99/month for enhanced trust and visibility.
For Requesters
How do I post a favor?
Once you have the app, tap "Post a Favor," describe what you need, set your budget, and submit. You'll start receiving bids from helpers in your area within minutes.
How do I choose the right helper?
Review helper profiles, ratings, and reviews. Look for verified badges (ID-verified users). Compare bid amounts and helper availability. You can also message helpers before accepting.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
If there's an issue, communicate with your helper first. If unresolved, contact our support team at support@fayvr.app. We'll work to mediate and may offer refunds in appropriate cases.
For Helpers
How do I start earning money?
After creating your account, browse available favors in your area, place bids on tasks you can help with, and start earning! Payment is automatic once the favor is completed.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed automatically after favor completion through Stripe Connect. Funds typically appear in your bank account within 2-5 business days.
Should I get verified?
Yes! Verified helpers with ID badges get 3x more bids and build trust faster. Verification costs $4.99/month and includes Stripe Identity verification.
What percentage does Fayvr take?
Fayvr charges a 10% platform fee on completed transactions. If you earn $100, you keep $90 after the platform fee.
Safety & Trust
How does ID verification work?
Verified users complete identity verification through Stripe Identity, which involves uploading a government-issued ID and taking a selfie. This process is secure and meets banking-level standards.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Fayvr never stores your full payment information.
What if I encounter inappropriate behavior?
Report any concerning behavior immediately through the app or email safety@fayvr.app. We have zero tolerance for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
Account & Payments
How do I add a payment method?
Go to Settings > Payment Methods > Add Payment Method. We accept major credit/debit cards through Stripe.
Can I cancel a favor after accepting?
Yes, but please communicate with the other party first. Frequent cancellations may affect your reputation score.
How do refunds work?
If a favor isn't completed as agreed, contact the other party first. If unresolved, reach out to support@fayvr.app within 48 hours for assistance.
